- WITHDRAWAL from the purchase without penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of 14 days starting from the date of receipt of the products. As per Article 59 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, the right of withdrawal is excluded with respect to the supply of custom-made or personalized goods

- CLAIM FOR DAMAGED-DEFECTIVE-NON-CONFORMING-INCOMPLETE PRODUCT: (a) within 7 days for package damaged during transportation, provided that the customer has signed the transport document with "control reserve" (b) without time limit for product that has not been installed, assembled, tampered with, or used (c) in the case of product that has been used and malfunctioning or damaged in some parts but already installed, the customer benefits from the repair at the expense of the merchant depending on the terms of the warranty In the case of multiple goods ordered by the CUSTOMER through a single order, but delivered separately, the period to be able to exercise the right of withdrawal ends after 14 days from the day on which the CUSTOMER or a third party designated by him acquires physical possession of the last good.Once the aforementioned right has been exercised, the CUSTOMER is required to return the goods within 14 days from the day on which he/she notified the TRADER of his/her wish to withdraw from the contract, pursuant to Article 54 of Legislative Decree 206/2005. The goods must be returned intact, in original packaging, complete in all its parts in a suitable state of preservation(including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.) and complete with the relevant documentation (transport document, any invoice already received). The direct costs of returning the products are the responsibility of the CUSTOMER. Once the integrity of the product has been confirmed, the TRADER will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal within a maximum period of 14 days. As provided for in Article 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the TRADER may suspend the refund until receipt of the goods or until the CUSTOMER has demonstrated that it has returned the goods to the TRADER.
