How do I know when my package is shipped?

 

The customer is always informed about the status of the shipment by free email or SMS message to inform him instantly when:


1) the order has been picked up;
2) the goods have shipped.

If the courier does not find me the goods come back?

 

Even if you are not present at the 'delivery address the courier will make 3 attempts, then the goods will remain in the nearest branch, our shipping department will contact you to arrange delivery again.


We still ask you to be present at the 'address as each delivery attempt has a cost to us and we are still offering you totally free shipping.

If the package is very large, do I have to help the carrier unload the goods?

 

The customer is not required to unload the goods even if they are bulky, our national contracts with Carriers include the use of vehicles with Hydraulic Tailboard "a mechanism of vans useful to bring bulky product mechanically to the roadside."
This service is free of charge.
